Next Start > Sunday January 11, 2026 · In Person · Coldwater, Ontario

If you’re ready to move beyond short-lived New Year’s resolutions and create lasting change, this co-ed personal growth circle offers a supportive, grounded place to begin.

This is an 8-week, in-person group experience for adults who want deeper self-understanding, meaningful connection, and clarity about how they want to live — supported by a small, committed community.

Who This Circle Is For

This circle is for men and women (30+) who are seeking personal growth in a way that is safe, relational, practical, and grounded — not performative or overwhelming.

You may be a good fit if you want to:

  • Understand yourself more deeply
  • Create a values-based personal mission to guide decisions and future actions
  • Improve emotional presence and communication
  • Build healthier relationships with yourself and others
  • Feel clearer, more confident, and more aligned
  • Be supported — and gently held accountable — by a trusted community

Clarifying Your Personal Mission — and Staying On Course

One of the core intentions of this circle is helping you clarify what truly matters to you — your values, priorities, and direction — and shaping those into a personal mission you can live from.

Your mission becomes your internal compass. The group becomes the community that helps keep you on course — offering reflection, encouragement, and accountability as you make real changes in your life.

This is not about pressure or perfection. It’s about clarity, honesty, and forward movement — together.
